Add Privacy Pass extension to Tor tabs

I’m sure we’ve all experienced the CloudFlare horror. Turns out, an extension called Privacy Pass can help remove the CAPTCHA challenges. Extensions are disabled in Tor tabs (because they are Guest tabs), but I think this one should be automatically enabled.

This is allowed by CloudFlare, nothing illegal.
