Add PlayReady support for Brave on Windows

Media streaming services downgrade content (lower resolution, non-HDR) to browsers (such as Brave) using Google’s Widevine DRM. Adopting Microsoft’s PlayReady DRM (used by Edge) will allow Brave users on Windows to stream content at higher fidelity.
