Add note-taking facility that enables a user to take notes while reading a web page, or an article. For users who are avid readers and for students, a note-taking facility would be very much beneficial.

Vivaldi browser has this note taking feature. It is accessible through left sidebar and you can organize notes in tree structure.
It is very helpful for keeping notes when you are browsing as part of your job and not just for leisure.

I would love this feature, Vivaldi has a great advantages in those cool features but I love Brave and I want to help it to improve.

Opera just added this option as an extension. I too would like Brave to have this feature.
