Description of the issue: Anti adblock warning with xiaomitoday.com

How can this issue be reproduced? Go to www.xiaomitoday.com

Expected result: Unable to browse

Brave Version: Dev 0.71.74

Additional Information:

  1. Without Ublock Origin, i cant see this website (native shield only). Is there a way, maybe for future release, to implement anti adblock countermeasure without any extra addon?
  2. I know cosmetic filters is coming, but there is so many popup for newsletter, cookies warning, subscribe button, so many annoyance to consider for a good adblocker…

@domenicocortez for now you can enable script blocker via Brave icon at URL bar. It’s per site shield settings and will not affect other sites.

How can this issue be reproduced? Go to https://www.lapresse.ca
Expected result: Unable to browse if script is blocked
Blocking script with brave shield remove the banner, but the website is unreadable.
Brave Version: Dev 0.71.77
