Brave, for the desktop, supports nearly all Chrome extensions. You can install them directly from the Chrome Web Store. Please let me know if this is not helpful, or if I have missed the point of your question entirely 
@sampson OP is requesting this for android. And I think a GitHub issue is open already.

That thread is starting from 2019 and it is actually closed now. I personally doubt it will get done in any future except for the hella long, long time from now future…
