The page seems to work properly (Shields on), but the notice appears anyway.
I think that this is typically fine as the site isn’t actually blocking any content due to detecting Shields. It seems like it’s just notifying you that if you’re having issue, the ad-blocker may be the cause.
In general we try to keep Shields stealthy but it will inevitably be detected on some sites. If the site is blocking/walling content due to Shields, however, that would be considered an issue and would require a fix to work around the detection.
