Is only My publisher page showing payout report generating? but today is 5th. then when it will prepare, then review and send? Cause I think it takes atleast 7days to prepare, review and send.

Publishers payout is happens around 8th, US time zone. And freeze week where contribution from previous month is being processed is from 1 -7th every month – the time when that message appears.
If all is OK with your account, then you’ll get paid in the coming payout.
