Weird fonts on certain sites (Windows)

Description of the issue:

The font looks very weird on certain websites. Only on Windows. Looks normal on Brave on Mac. The same issue is appearing on Windows with other browsers, like Chrome.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open Brave
  2. go to www.vimeo.com
  3. look at the mess.
