Viewing Monthly Statements does nothing at all

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Go to brave://rewards
  2. Click view monthly statement for details
  3. Try to do anything

Expected result:
At least change the month. Preferably show something.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
V1.17.75
Additional Information:

On top of this not working, the transparency on this process is abysmal.
