Since last update, links do not open when clicking from an email or sharing from an app

Description of the issue:

• Since update 1.32.1, links clicked from email or shared from an app open the browser but do not actually load

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

1. Start email client (Protonmail)
2. Click a link within an email
3. If closed, Brave opens to a blank white page
4. If already open, Brave opens to the most recent tab
5. Neither opens the link clicked through from another app. Must be copied and pasted
