Is there any way to sort which topics appear in the unread list on the Community page? I like to check to see if I can help people with technical problems or find out about new browser functions, and some days the list of unread messages is full of messages about Rewards.
Can we select what topics are of interest to us to save ourselves some time?
You should be able to go into the specific forum of interest to you, then click on “Latest” or “New” from there to filter your view. Would that help?
Not really, because I’d have to do that for every single topic I’m interested. And I’d still have to clean out my unread messages from time-to-time. What you’re suggesting would work, yes, but it’s not quite the same thing.

If you go to your Community profile, then Preferences --> notifications --> Categories, you can “mute” notifications coming in from specific categories such that you never receive notifications from them.
