My bat are stuck on the miserable amount of 4 bats, and this since 1 week. Clicking on ads doest not help. Where is the proper customer support to send mail about issues.
Could be way better, looks like they don t care to properly informed people.

This is correct. We don’t get paid for clicking on ads.
Where are you looking? Actually looking at BAT you’ve received or the earning so far (estimated earnings)? If the latter, it’s not a solid number but a range,
You’re at it. You come here and post. Then Brave Support or users like me try to help. We at least go through basic troubleshooting and try to triage/diagnose issues. From there can direct you to the proper steps if further help is needed.
There are plenty of help articles and FAQ that give instructions on things to do. And if you had chosen a category when creating a topic here, you would have seen a template which requests necessary information from you. But you just randomly created without choosing a category or providing any details, which makes it difficult for anyone to provide you with any assistance.
We’re never guaranteed to see ads. We also have view limits on ads in your areas. No idea of your situation but it’s possible you hit view limits and therefore aren’t earning. But we also have no idea if you’re connected to a custodial partner, how you’re viewing ads, or even if you’re sitting there interacting with ads on the internet rather than Brave ads.
