Sync feature temporarily disabled on version 1.3.115. For more details go to Brave Browser settings, click about Brave version, then click on the latest version and it will take you to a site containing detailed information about changes on each version. You could see there that on version 1.3.115 that Brave disabled sync feature that has been causing problems when they released version 1.3.114.
