Latest Brave on both browsers. I simply saved from one and tried to import on the other. I’ve also tried with Sync off and the bookmarks are not changing.

Same here. I seriously thought it was just me. This is super annoying and definitely making me question the hype and legitimacy of this browser. Can’t even set it up properly. Like, seriously!?! Where is the support team on this very basic issue???
