Import password flag not giving option to import in settings on Android

Description of the issue:
I’ve just gotten a new phone and have exported the passwords file from the old phone to the new one. I went in and enabled the import passwords flag, however when I hit the more triple dots in the passwords section of settings, the only options are export passwords and exit. Is there a step I’m missing? I’m on a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 if that matters.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Enable #importPasswords flag
  2. Go to passwords in settings
  3. Hit triple dots for more options.

Expected result:
Be able to import passwords into brave.
