@saereV my bats have been pending on my Brave Browser for months and months. when will they be transferred to my uphold wallet?
Hi, @Michele1995, Support has been working on addressing an issue with BAT not properly porting to Uphold since about mid-March.
You can follow that thread for any status updates on the issue.
I’m not sure why you would be having this problem for a longer period of time, but certainly it is likely affecting you now.
You could try the fix that is given in the original post on that thread - it has worked for some. Make sure you have the latest browser version, then disconnect and reconnect your Uphold wallet. If it’s successful your BAT should drain into your Uphold.
Hopefully this issue will be remedied soon!
