This is an embarrassingly bad look. “Look how many ads we’ve blocked for you!”…on a gigantic, page-spanning ad.
Not looking for “fixes” or explanations…I just felt the need to point out how cynical and pathetic this feels.
@obct537 ever thought to turn it off? Brave has been transparent in many ways about the types of ads, how you can opt into them, and how to completely disable them (except for Brave News…which can’t be disabled)
Or did you just simply get Brave and never take time to read up on what you were downloading or anything you could do with it?
This was the default view.
Someone made the choice to make this the default.
It’s a bad look.
