How do I uninstall metamask from my Browser. I have researched that it is not safe to have it installed.

You will have to remove the browser extension. Click the 3 bars at top right of browser. Navigate down to extensions. Right click. Find MetaMask and click remove. Do make sure you sent out all of your funds first.
