Haven't received payments for my Uphold Wallet since some months ago

Briefly describe your issue:
I haven’t received any payments from Brave in my verified Uphold wallet since August.
I’ve reported this issue before but there wasn’t an answer in time and it got closed.

Unfortunately I only have access to my ad history from 30 days ago but the payments from December, November, October, September and August never arrived in my verified Uphold wallet.

Could you please let me know what I can do to enable them once more?

I have disconnected and connected my wallet some times previously to solve issues of ads now showing.

Yes, prior to August

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
No

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Yes

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
Not applicable.

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
Yes. Is there an issue with this?

Hi :slight_smile: Just curious if you still have a problem. If so, you might want to DM a moderator. Include a link to your post and the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals )
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version )
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards .
