Distorted web content

I really like Brave Browser but I’m considering moving over to another browser due to this issue.

As seen on the screenshots the the parts of web content and links get distorted not being readable. Sometimes when moving the mouse around the normal text appears but goes back to the previous state as quickly.

I do get this issue on random websides and random content like links, headings and text which could be anywhere on the page. Usually only parts of the content gets effected.

Reading news and other info is very frustrating and I am forced to use another browser to bypass this problem.

The issue happen on a daily basis basically almost every time i surf the web.

OS: Windows 10 Pro
Brave Version: Version 0.61.52 Chromium: 73.0.3683.86 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Laptop: HP Elitebook 840
