Can't verify my wallet on an Android device

I can’t verify my wallet on my Android device. I have completed KYC on Uphold. It says something like “Your request is still being processed, please wait.” But it’s been months.

I’m using the latest version of Brave.

I’m not using a VPN. I’m in the UK.

And my device passes the SafetyNet test.

Please help!
