Can't see portion of website's login home page unless Ad Control is turned off

Description of the issue:
On our main application software, we can only see the left-hand side of the login page.

The right-hand side of the login page typically has some announcement about software updates or new features, training opportunities, profiles on employees or other such information. We can see the right-hand side of the page if we turn the ad block to off.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Here is the url to the login page where we are having the problem: https://www.cosmolex.com/login/

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):

Expected result:
This is what we expect to see:

Reproduces how often:
Reproduces each time we access the website’s home page at https://www.cosmolex.com/login/

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Brave is up to date
Version 0.65.121 Chromium: 75.0.3770.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:
We can manage this issue by turning the Ad block on and off, but my assumption is that it should not be necessary.

Doesn’t look like a filter/Sheilds issue, disabling sheilds doesn’t help . hmm

That’s really weird because every time I try to load the site with the Ad Control setting as Block Ads I can’t see the right-hand side of the login page, but if I change the Ad Control setting to Allow ads and Tracking I can see the right-hand side of the login page. I must have tested this 20 times by now, every time the same results??? I am confused.

I have logged a issue report; https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/5078

Also noticed that Brave Beta seemed to be okay, but not release/Nightly.
