TL:DR = Yes, they see reports and are aware of the issue. This happens every once in a while and generally just needs us to be patient. Brave and Uphold fixes the problem when they are in. Reminder: They don’t work on American holidays or weekends in general (and I’m posting this on Memorial Day, an American holiday).
