Brave reads wrong registrykeys

Description of the issue:
Brave reads wrong registrykeys. Brave reads the Brave registrykeys and also the
Chromium registrykeys.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. start program Procmon from Microsoft SysInternals
  2. start Brave
  3. look at the output from Procmon

Expected result:
Brave should not read the Chromium registrykeys.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Brave 0.68.132 Chromium: 76.0.3809.132 (Offizieller Build) (32-Bit)

Betriebssystem Windows 10 OS Version 1809 (Build 17763.195)

Additional Information:
Chrome and other Chrormium-based browser works correctly, but Brave does not.
Therefor it is not possible to have Brave and Chromium on the same PC.
