I own a youtube channel already afiliate with google adsense. Just want to know if Brave publisher doesn’t interfere with adsense. Can i keep my google adsense affiliation if i sign up for brave publisher ?

Absolutely yes, in my opinion. You can still continue to use Google Adsense and became a Brave verified publishers. Big publishers also still show ads even they’re a verified publishers.
