I have been publisher since December. I also got a payout last month.
If you don’t mind, can you post a screen shot of your payout statement for the last month? And also when did you receive your payout last month? Do you remember the date?

The payouts date are never the same, as far as I remember.
The payout are processing from 8th of each month and lasting few days.

I do not receive my Rewards from my creator account yeat. I’m waiting to receive since February.
