In the meantime, you can go to ~/AppData/Local/BraveSoftware/Brave-Browser/ and copy this folder. It contains almost all of our browsing data. Make sure you properly backup any Rewards/wallet data, make a safe copy of the User Data folder as mentioned above, then when you reinstall Windows and Brave, return to that same directory and paste/replace the saved copy of your User Data folder over the one made by the new installation.
