The awards will be paid as of May 8, but unfortunately it has been June 4th and still has not been paid. What is the reason of this? And will it be credited to my account?
It sounds like something went wrong. That should have gone away and your pay arrived. Your next step will be to submit a Support Ticket and make sure you provide all the information they request of you. Then they’ll investigate and get back to you as soon as they can.
