Brave ad earning Rewards not received

Hi there,

I am on Brave rewards and my reward ad earnings have not appeared in my uphold account since December 2021. Where are they and how do I get them added to my uphold account? I also find it very difficult to access the Uphold site at times. Please advise. Thank you.
