‘Autocomplete searches and URLs’ Not working

To clarify, you’re saying that if you go to Settings --> Appearance and enable the following two options, you don’t see search suggestions in the address bar?

Well in your second screenshot it looks like you’ve just typed in gmail.com – so it’s autofilling the whole address. What happens if you start typing something like video or some other arbitrary term? You should see some of the top search suggestions (note that these suggestion will be based on the default search engine you have set for user in your address bar), as shown below:

It should’ve also suggested other gmail addresses like it used to do, since i frequently use a couple, but ok.

If you go to Settings --> Search engines do you also have the Improve search suggestions options toggled “on”?

What is the current locale you’re in at this time? Additionally, do you have any extensions installed in the browser?

I restarted my pc and it fixed it, honestly idk why i didn’t think of doing this earlier.
