Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open image in new tab, zoom image
  2. Open second image in another tab, zoom image , different size.
  3. Image one changes to same zoom as image two.

Brave is not unique in this, Chrome does the same thing. I like to open images in new tabs, then zoom the image to the size I want to view it; This is not the same for every image, but the browser resizes every open image to the same zoom. You should be able to have images open in multiple tabs at different sizes.
Additional Information:

You should be able to have different magnification levels if they are on different sites. The zoom level is per-site.

Often if you are looking at results from an image search, they might all still be hosted from that same search engine site by default if you open them in separate tabs.

I just tested this issue against 2 different sites and I was able to control them separately.

Thak you, Jim. I just got it to work. I discovered that everything I was magnifying was from my own pinterest pages, so ultimately all from i.pinimg.com. Got something from elsewhere and can now see different sizes in different tabs.
