Description of the issue:
No ads popped up at all yesterday when I have it set to 5 per hour. Also today I viewed an etoro background telling me I was earning BAT for viewing and nothing has reflected.

I have noticed this happen 3 times the past month since finding BRAVE.
Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu): Windows ( I do not see the brave version or any about to be found…)
Additional Information:
I thought I had created my account with my email, but I tried to sign in here today and it didn’t recognize me. Wondering if this may be an issue…
Also I had to put in a new Harddrive into my laptop and my old BAT tokens are stuck on that hardrive… There are not many, is it possible to transfer less than 3 BAT so I can keep them all together on this account?
