ZEC issue shield address to transparent address not working

Hi,

I can successfully transfer ZEC from my transparent address to shielded address. But, I cannot do the reverse, shielded address to transparent address. Usually people use transparent address, so I wanted to move ZEC coin from my transparent address to shielded address.

Description of the issue:

Is the issue occurring on a specific network? ZEC mainnet

What operating system are you using?Desktop

Hello! Sorry for the trouble. Unfortunately, you can’t de-shield or send back to a T address from a Shielded address in BW at this time.
