Youtube videos no longer work after recent update

Hey guys,

After my most recent update I am having an issue watching videos on YouTube. When I open a video, it loads up and plays normally for the first few seconds, but then it starts to stutter and chop as if there is a buffering issue. When looking at the progress bar of the video player, it shows that the video is currently buffered by a large portion. This issue has persisted through an application restart and a system restart. I’m also getting high internet speeds, and the problem is not on other browsers (Chrome, Edge). Below I have included my Brave information as well as system information. I feel it is important to note that I am on a Surface Book. Not sure if that’s a part of the problem, but I figured it would be good to mention.

Could you try clearing your browser cache once and see if it resolves the issue?

Tried clearing cache, history, auto-fill, etc… No luck on that. Also noticed that the issue is the same both full screen and not on YouTube.
