Description of the issue:
When playing a video on YouTube (both fullscreen and non-fulscreen) on ultrawide (3440x1440) monitor, there are glitches on the video - some linear stripes - looks like it can’t render fast enough (the stripes are stuttering). The glitches are not there on 2560x1600 monitor. Also the other browsers plays videos without issues on the ultrawide monitor.

- Open YouTube on the ultrawide (3440x1440) monitor.
- Play a video (e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U3aH0_oh8Mg) on fullscreen or non-fullscreen
