Description of the issue: Youtube PIP and video disappearing when scrolling down

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Youtube PIP stopped working.
  2. Video sliding down and disappearing when scrolling down to comments.

Expected result:

Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.78.102

**Mobile Device details: Samsung S23 Ultra, One UI 7.0, Android 15.

We’ve just released 1.79.118 which includes a fix for this https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/46128.
