Youtube not saving watch progress and history

Description of the issue:
When I watch Youtube videos on Brave on Mac Mojave, the history and progress bar is not saved. Ad-blocker has been disabled.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. Watch video
  2. Find the video again and you’ll see that the progress bar does not show any progress.
  3. Video also doesn’t show up in my history

Expected result:
Progress bar should be saved and shown in your watch history.

Reproduces how often:
Every time.

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Mojave 10.14.6.
Brave 1.19.86
