Youtube - No option to play above 1080p resolution videos

Description of the issue:

Unable to play youtube videos that are higher resolution than 1080p. Hardware acceleration on brave browser is turned on.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. 4k youtube video resolution is available on my Fold 3’s Brave Browser
  2. 4K youtube videos plays on Microsoft Edge on the same desktop
  3. 4K youtube vids play ok on Firefox too on the same desktop.
  4. Just recently reinstalled Windows 10 and the issue still persists on Brave.

Expected result:

2k + 4k resolutions (where enabled) are selectable on youtube in Brave Browser like your mobile version and other web browsers on my desktop.
