Description of the issue:
All YouTube videos give “Video unavailable. This content isn’t available, try again later.” messages. Live streams, chat functions fine but video does not display. Started happening shortly after 7:30pm PT when I noticed attempting to watch any video results in this black screen. Also notice that I see ads now on standard YouTube page. Only extensions is “Return YouTube Dislike”, “Google Translate” and “Enhancer for YouTube”. All were disabled to no effect. Disabling the shields apparently did nothing. Short of attempting to restart whole computer, I thought I’d check in to see if anyone else happens to be experiencing the same thing.

- Open up YouTube.com
- Attempt to play any video, be it a live stream or just standard video.
