YouTube new page and side panel not displaying properly

Hello
When logging onto a new general YouTube page or when the side panel displays listings whilst viewing a video, text is clearly displayed below the picture of the video. From today, this has radically changed and it is no longer possible to see any text.

Screenshot of the issue? I know if you resize the browser it’ll change what’s being shown on the sides.
