YouTube is showing ads. When loading into a page ads play with no skippability. It shows two ads and then plays the video without any more ads.

**Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
Refresh a tab, cannot skip by refreshing again, always plays two ads

Expected result:
No ads

Reproduces how often:
Every tab I open does not show a video, only on refresh does it play, every refresh on a new tab at the start of watching, this happens.

Operating System and Brave Version:
v1.69.168
Windows 10 pro

I’ve done some research and all my components are up to date. Still happens
