YouTube Home Screen Adverts

I’m getting adverts on the YouTube home screen, I shouldn’t see them at all, why are they there?

I have breifly seen it, can’t reproduce this now. Given its treated just like a youtube video rather than an Advert. Not sure if its possible to fix.
