I have seen the other posts and dont see any solution.
When I use Chrome, Edge, Vivaldi on youtube, the setting are available and I can switch the restricted mode on/off.
Its the Brave browser for sure.
What is the solution??

It’s dependent on the youtube/google login settings, assuming you set this option. Brave won’t change it. If you have have more than one google login, each google login would also need to be set.
Logout and login, and refresh youtube and retest
I don’t think you know what you are saying.
On the same computer I open 4 browser. Only brave is locked restrictions. The others are fine.
On a different computer Brave is working on Youtube and I can change the restrictions mode on/off.
