Youtube captions are black and unreadable

Description of the issue:
The captions only on Brave are all dark gray on black, so practically unreadable.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Launch Brave
  2. open any YouTube video
  3. turn subtitles/closed captions on

Expected result: legible black and white captions

Brave Version( check About Brave): Version 1.69.162 Chromium: 128.0.6613.120 (Official Build) (arm64)

Additional Information: this only started happening in the last few days. Previously, they were normal
