Youtube: Cannot open this page!

Hi everyone,

I have been getting the following issues lately multiple times and it is completely random I tried to update components, I tried to reset the whole PC, I tried to clear cache and logs, it’s the same issue whenever I login with my gmail, It works fine in the private windows without signing in.

Can you please provide the following information?

  • Are you using Windows 10 or Windows 11?
  • What Brave version are you using when you see this?
  • To clarify, you can visit other sites without issue, it’s just Youtube that is not loading for you?
  • Are you connected to a VPN and/or have a custom network setup?
  • Can you please try creating a fresh browser profile (Menu --> More tools --> Add profile), closing your original profile window, then trying to visit/log into youtube in the new profile and tell me if this works?

  • Yes other functionalities are working fine.
  • No Vpn used at all.
  • I will try this one, but as I said earlier it is pretty random so I will test it and give u a feedback for sure.
