Youtube ads are unskippable

Description of the issue: Youtube ads are unskippable (even when 4 minutes long)

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open any Youtube video
  2. No skip button on skippable ads

Expected result:
Skip button shoud apear.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
[Version 1.3.115 Chromium: 80.0.3987.87 (Official Build) (64-bit)]

Additional Information:
I have Ubuntu 20 LTS
