I got two email today, I guess I signed into Brave Creators with two emails.

What does this mean?
I logged into both creator accounts and my domain is not listed any more.

Maybe try adding it back manually to one creator account.

Is this “domain.com” a domain of yours? It looks like a registerer.
Did you try to transfer any domain from one account to the other?

If your answer is “no” to any of the questions above, then your accounts may have been compromised.

I would contact Brave support and try to clarify if any activity was performed in your accounts.
