The notice you received should have an email contact. You should use that to inquire about your account status and to get any suspension removed. Support staff on these forums usually do not handle creator account reviews/suspensions and will tell you to send inquiries to the contact email provided.
I will say that generally, it appears that self-tipping is the major reason why a creator account is suspended. So, if you self-tipped, that is probably why. Self-tipping triggers the fraud alerts they have in place.
