**Description of the issue: when using a play list in mobile view if you select a video scroll to see the video play, it will jump down to the selected video on the playlist as you’re trying to scroll up.
**Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): Go to you tube and create a play list click on video 4 and watch it jump. Only in landscape does it seem to do it
