How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. I’m using brave for a month , expecting for BATs from it

Expected result: : on ‘reward’ it said : You’ve designated 8.5 BAT for creators who haven’t yet signed up to receive contributions. Your browser will keep trying to contribute until they verify, or until 90 days have passed .

Brave Version( check About Brave): : Version 0.68.132 Chromium: 76.0.3809.132 (Official Build)

i still get notification ‘You’ve designated 8.5 BAT for creators who haven’t yet signed up to receive contributions. Your browser will keep trying to contribute until they verify, or until 90 days have passed.’ though i turn off auto-contribute .

also the notification ’ Insufficient Funds | You have pending tips due to insufficient funds 9/13/2019 ’ what does that mean
